TOUR Part B: Cuppacumbalong Homestead – Meeting of the Waters

10am, 11.30am, 1.00pm, 2.30pm

Come and meander along the banks of the Murrumbidgee River through the natural corridor to ‘Cuppacumbalong’, the confluence of the Gudgenby and Murrumbidgee Rivers.   The guided walk encompasses a time before European settlement, through years of families endeavouring to make a go of it, of a sneaky royal visit, government arts and craftsinitiatives through to the presentvision of democratising art and making.  Spend 45 minute with Ali or Gus on an easywalk to the original cemetery, above ‘Cuppacumbalong’ and take a self-guided tour through the historic 1920s homestead enjoying photos and flowers.
