Jennifer is our Collections Manager and she oversees the management of thousands collection items held within Lanyon Homestead, Calthorpes’ House and Mugga Mugga. Our housekeeping staff, Conservation assistants, volunteers and specialist conservators support Jen’s vital work.
In 2012, Jennifer was awarded a Churchill Fellowship to investigate the balance between care and access in House Museums within the United Kingdom with particular focus on those under the National Trust. As access, engagement and outreach expand, Jennifer seeks to implement best practice procedures in collection management – helping to ensure the collection is cared for and enjoyed into the future.
Jennifer has undergraduate studies in both Visual Arts and Art History from the University of Queensland and a Post graduate degree in Cultural Heritage Management from the University of Canberra.
