Botanical drawing or ‘Flower painting’ was a popular genteel pastime amongst people in Victorian era homesteads.
Children will take a tour around the gardens to look at and sketch the wonderful trees and plants they see on watercolour paper and then add color to their drawings using watercolor pencils.
