Be guided on a journey of exploration through sound and the stars.

Experience a deeply restful sound bath weaving healing frequencies from Crystal bowls, handpans, drums, nature chimes, intuitive vocals and other instruments from around the world, led by Clare from Luna Elements Wellness. Ground yourself in the natural surroundings of Lanyon Homestead as you are bathed in sound and the magic and wonder of the Milky Way and the galaxies beyond. Finish with a plant mylk chai in silent reflection, soaking in the night sky as you listen to the sounds of the surrounding wilderness. This very special event will occur outdoors, allowing us to bathe in the glory of the stars and listen to the night sounds of the surrounding bush and riverlands.

Important information to help you get the most out of this experience:

This event is for ages 16+

Please wear comfortable clothing, and an additional clothing layer in case the air is cool.

We will be lying on the grass.

Other items to bring:

• Yoga mat or similar, such as a thick beach towel or camping mat (essential)
• Your favourite mug for chai (essential)
• Pillow or cushion to rest your head on (essential)
• Second cushion for under your knees if you want to take relaxation to the next level! (optional)
• Blanket (optional) 
• Eye pillow (optional)
